Rest Of The World: Calculated at checkout. International shipping charges are based on weight and are the least expensive option via USPS(United States Postal Service).
Orders ship within 3 - 5 business days and are shipped via USPS. Actual delivery time may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If the item was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement.
